Jennifer and Jason met in highschool. They were young, innocent and shy. They had dated very briefly but due to their shyness, nothing panned out. After that, they met again through Facebook and began dating in early 2011. Soon after, the two both knew they had found the one, so Jason proposed on June 21st 2011 in New York City.
The two had planned a five-day trip to see the sights. Jennifer, a huge John Lennon fan, had always wanted to visit the Strawberry Fields Lennon memorial. Jason thought that was the perfect place to get down on one knee and pop the question. Everyone around the couple cheered it was such a beautiful moment Jennifer and Jason will remember forever. The couple was married exactly two years later to the day Jason proposed.
One of Jennifer’s favourite wedding moments was walking down the aisle with her dad. “He’s my rock and I was so nervous walking down the aisle towards Jason, but once my father and I were arm and arm, a peace came over me and I knew it was time to relax and enjoy,” says Jennifer.
As for the couple’s favourite wedding details? That’s an easy one. “I just loved our handmade centerpieces because I loved seeing how they turned out and how they tied our style & theme together,” says Jennifer.
